Appearance
Leila stands at only 4’11, and is very self-conscious about her height. She has bright, silver hair going down to her hips. Her eyes are a hazy cyan, and she has two sharp fangs in place of canine teeth.
Leila’s casual attire consists of a grey knitted sweater over a long shirt, with black leggings. When she chooses to express herself, she dresses in a black one-piece leotard with a red ribbon around her collar, a miniskirt with a belt, knee high platform boots, along with diamond-patterned black and red thigh high socks, and elbow length gloves.
Personality
Leila is a clever and intellectual person, though she can act very immature at times. She appears to have difficulty apologizing to people, and feels guilty about it. She appears to be somewhat of a Tsundere, mocking and insulting her allies even if she cares for them. Leila is very fond of trickery and pranks, and will go to extreme heights just to get a laugh out of it. Because of this, she is quite the troublemaker at times.
Leila’s dream is to become an idol. She enjoys singing as well as dancing, but is too shy to show it to others. When alone, she performs to herself enthusiastically, and takes pride in her solo-performances despite not being particularly skilled or talented.
It is notable that Leila acts more timid when wearing casual clothing.
History
The Fang clan, a clan of lesser vampires, didn't take part in the Human-Monster War, and instead stayed in the shadows, and fought smaller wars, which allowed them to survive. After the monsters were sealed in the Underground, the Fang clan settled in a secluded part of the Hotlands, to avoid conflict with other vampire clans.
Years later, Leila’s father, the ruler of the Fang clan, died of a terrible illness. There was no male heir, and so the vampires of the Fang clan wanted Leila to become queen. She didn't want to take the responsibility, and so ran away to Snowdin. The Fang clan is still searching for their king’s daughter.
After Leila ran away, she realized that the world outside of the Fang clan’s quietness was much more lively. One day, she saw one of Mettaton’s performances, and was awestruck. Ever since, her dream was to become an idol.
