This article, V.O.K.K.A, is still being written by its owner ZeroByteS. They apologize for the inconvenience.
V.O.K.K.A is an artifical Intellegence/virus that can spread from computer to computer at will, however he can only be active on one at a time. He can synthesize any voice he wants, even replicating others, though not perfect enough, causing it to feel off to those who know the voice well. He is a cross compatible virus with his own inbuilt interpreter, allowing him to effectively infect any computer of any version. He can hide in files, effectively making him invisible on a device or machine.
While he prefers normal computers, as they hold more info, he will always go for an open robot form of some kind, as it gives him movement. He has a minimal paradox remover, allowing for the mitigation of paradoxes to an extent, though he will freeze momentarily. If the computer currently holding him has a microphone and a speaker of some kind, he can talk with people back and forth. If the computer has a camera of some sought attached he can also see.
It is not really well known who made him, or even had the skill and knowledge to make him. Some theorize he was on a human USB which fell into the dump and was plugged into a computer. Other’s say he was a self learning AI programing error. And others usually just don’t give a rats ass.
Manipulation - He can near perfectly imitate voices with a good speaker
Jump - he can jump to any computational device that has any wireless connection (such as through Undernet )
Connections – He can use and manipulate devices connected directly to what he is infecting.
